Fatima Luas Stop / New Children’s Hospital.

The project entailed the upgrade of the local environment between the Fatima Luas Stop and the New Children’s Hospital in Dublin City. As part of the scheme we build a new safe walkway from the Luas stop into and through St. James Hospital. The works entailed extensive liaison with Transdev Ireland Luas Operators and the St. James Hospital authorities.

Overall we build 65m of new asphalt epoxy resin finished walkways and laid 185m2 of specialist patterned paving slabs. We laid new drainage and services lines including a design and build SUDs installation. We also build new sustainable green areas finished in seeded topsoil and tree plantations.

All works were carried out in a live operational environment. Hence appropriate Health & Safety measures were maintained throughout.

The works were finished to the satisfaction of Dublin City Council and all Local Stakeholders.
